Celebrate We Will!

Cause life is short but sweet for certain! A wise man uttered those words (and if you don't know who, then we really need to get to know each other better!) and i've chosen to lead off my first blog with them. I also want to give a big shout out to Alexis Williams who gave me the idea of doing a website for my 30th birthday celebration and to Amy Dillard who gave me the idea of doing this blog instead (a little easier for those of us who aren't that web designer savvy!).

Well, it's finally here! I will be 30 years old this year effective Dec. 19th and i must say, i'm pretty d@mned excited about it. Here are my reasons why:

1. With age comes wisdom (i guess)

2. It's a great reason to party!

That being said, i will be blogging regularly from now until Dec. 21st with updates on what the party plan is and i would love it if all of you would join in on the festivities. I will provide more details in the next blog, but for now, please mark Dec. 15th as the official blowout! This will be done at the Sidestreet Tavern in Homberg Place starting around 9 or 9:30. The birthday extravaganza will continue through until the following Friday, Dec. 21st with something planned for almost every night. Ideally i'd like for everyone to be there on the 15th and then pick at least one other night to come and hang out with me. I will provide information on each of the night's festivities in the next couple of blogs, but needless to say, it will be a week to remember. Stay tuned!
